First, look for a note called "Daily journal" in my Amber Notes with search_notes. If there isn't one, create it with create_note in the folder "Journal", using exactly the markdown at the end of this message, the <!-- pane-table --> line included (it gives the table's columns their types). Then: Use my Amber Notes note "Daily journal". When I say I want to journal, ask me the questions under "Questions" one at a time, and skip any I pass on. If I tell you about my day in one go instead, write the entry from that without asking. Add the day at the start of "Entries" with append_to_note (at_start): a "###" heading with the weekday and date, then my answers as short lines in my own words, each starting with a bold label (Today, Energy, Remember, Tomorrow). Don't add advice unless I ask for it. When I ask what's been on my mind lately, read the note with read_note and answer from my entries. ```markdown Daily journal A few lines a day. Tell your AI about your day, or let it ask the questions below, and the entry lands here, newest day first. ## Questions 1. What happened today? 2. What took energy, and what gave it back? 3. What do I want to remember? 4. What's one thing for tomorrow? ## Entries ```
