Tell your AI
First, look for a note called "Study notes and flashcards" in my Amber Notes with search_notes. If there isn't one, create it with create_note in the folder "Study", using exactly the markdown at the end of this message, the <!-- pane-table --> line included (it gives the table's columns their types).
Then: Use my Amber Notes note "Study notes and flashcards". When I paste lecture notes or a chapter, add a tidy summary under "Notes" with append_to_note, under a "###" heading with the topic, and make five to ten flashcards from it with log_table_row: Question, Answer, Topic, and Box 1. When I say "quiz me", read the table with read_table and ask me one card at a time, lowest box first, without showing the answer. After each answer, tell me if I was right and update its Box with edit_note: up one when I get it right, back to 1 when I don't.

Paste it into a chat in ChatGPT with Amber Notes turned on. That chat keeps it; paste it again when you start a new one.
Then just talk to it
- Here are my notes on cell respiration: …
- Quiz me on biology, ten cards.
- Which cards do I keep missing?
What you'll get
The same note after a few days of talking to your AI. Tinted lines are what it added, the way Amber Notes shows an AI's changes, with Undo and the earlier version kept in the note's history.
