Content calendar

A content calendar with an idea bank. Your AI turns ideas into scheduled posts and keeps the status current in Amber Notes.

For creators, marketers and founders who post every week.

Free. Paste the prompt into ChatGPT or Claude with Amber Notes connected: it creates the note, then fills it in. For Claude Code, use its tab below. No Amber Notes yet? Download it for Mac.

Tell your AI

First, look for a note called "Content calendar" in my Amber Notes with search_notes. If there isn't one, create it with create_note in the folder "Work", using exactly the markdown at the end of this message, the <!-- pane-table --> line included (it gives the table's columns their types). Then: Use my Amber Notes note "Content calendar". When I have an idea, add it under "Ideas" as a bullet with append_to_note. When I ask you to plan the next two weeks, pick ideas from "Ideas" and add a row per post with log_table_row: Publish on as a date, a working Title, the Channel and Status Drafting. Write drafts in the tone described under "Voice". When I say a post went out, set its Status to Published with edit_note.

Paste it into a chat in ChatGPT with Amber Notes turned on. That chat keeps it; paste it again when you start a new one.

Then just talk to it

  • Idea: what we learned from 100 customer calls.
  • Plan the next two weeks: two LinkedIn posts and one newsletter.
  • What's scheduled for this week?

What you'll get

The same note after a few days of talking to your AI. Tinted lines are what it added, the way Amber Notes shows an AI's changes, with Undo and the earlier version kept in the note's history.
